Green Goddess Dressing

1 cup tahini
1 cup parsley
1 cup other herbs (dill, mint, tarragon and/or cilantro. Any and all will do.)
2 tablespoons lemon juice, plus ½ teaspoon zest
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ teaspoon sea salt

 Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until dressing turns green. Great on salad, bowls, felafal, bean cakes, on a crudité platter or with pita triangles.
