“Wendy met with our shelter managers and cooks over Zoom to learn what foods our participants would eat and re-wrote our 7-day menus to feature more nutritious options. She followed the Florida DOH guidelines to ensure our menus would pass inspection and did so quickly so we could meet an inspection deadline.”
“I am opening an adult daycare facility and Wendy wrote custom 5-day breakfast, snack and lunch menus for me. She did this quickly and used USDA and Florida DOH guidelines so I could submit to AHCA.”
