Weight loss and nutrition therapy counseling by a Registered/Licensed Dietitian.

Wendy Wesley, RDN/LDN is a licensed and registered dietitian/nutritionist who can help you develop strategies and set goals for sustainable weight loss and nutrition therapy. The following services are provided:

  • Weight loss counseling

  • Nutrition therapy counseling (diabetes, heart disease, renal, oncology, GI disorders)

  • Meal and menu planning

  • Grocery store shopping tours and food label reading

  • Conference and seminar presentations

  • Corporate wellness education and lectures

  • Presentations to your club or group

Wendy is a clinical dietitian for an acute care hospital and a cardiac outpatient nutrition educator. She also provides nutrition education to an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. On weekends she volunteers as a guest cook at St. Petersburg's Saturday Morning Market. She is licensed with the State of Florida as a dietitian/nutritionist (ND 8024) and registered through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Pinellas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Pricing

  • $85 - 1:1 weight loss or nutrition therapy counseling, one hour

  • $100 - grocery store shopping tour and with label reading education, 1.5 hours

  • $200 - accountability coaching includes daily meal evaluation via text and one 1:1 counseling session, one week

  • $85 - customized menus and meal planning, 2-hour minimum

  • Conference, seminar, corporate wellness or group lectures, fees negotiable
