Honey-Glazed Salmon

Makes 2 servings of 5 oz fillets

2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 skinless salmon fillets, 5 oz each

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all the ingredients for the glaze in a small sauce pan and cook over low heat until the butter is melted. Mix well. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and with a brush or a spoon, cover the fillets with the glaze.

Cook for 12 minutes. Do not overcook.
